Blade insertion instructions:
Gently rotate the handle to unscrew the top cap. Remember that the SoloEdge is a two-piece shaver, with the safety bar plate integrated into the handle.
Remove the cap and insert the blade vertically*, making sure it fits properly into the slots at the ends of the plate. Beware of sharp blade edges.
Replace the top cap, holding the blade in place with one hand while screwing the handle in with the other. Tighten until the handle is completely immobilised, then check that the blade is secure and the handle tight.
*Some users prefer to moisten the blade slightly before insertion to improve its adherence to the safety bar plate during assembly.

It’s the second order I did to this company.
I bought to them 2 different razors in 2 different moment, 1 in 2023 and 1 in the end of 2024, in both, the razor present factory defect!
On the first occasion, after may complaining, I wait them reply for more of 1 month and they reply to me

On the first occasion, after my complaining, I wait them reply for more of 1 month, and they reply to me that this issue it’s not the responsibility, because them take care only of them owns products (my razor was a Fatip). After my negative evaluation on Google, they decide to refound me the money.
This time, I ordered a Parker and again, with defect.
This time I’m not even asked nothing to them, I consider that as my mistake, to give them a second opportunity.
It’s better to alert the consumers,

La contatto per aggiornarla sulla risoluzione del problema riscontrato nel 2023 relativo al rasoio Fatip. Conformemente alla nostra procedura aziendale, abbiamo proceduto al rimborso totale del prodotto senza richiederne il reso dopo aver ricevuto l’ok da parte del produttore.
Desidero ricordarle che il ritardo nella nostra comunicazione è stato causato dal fatto che le nostre email venivano erroneamente indirizzate alla sua casella spam, nonostante fossero state inviate tempestivamente, sempre entro 24 ore. Questa mattina, per esempio, ho risposto personalmente alla sua richiesta inviata alle 12:54, già alle 13:11, ma non ho ancora ricevuto una sua risposta, il che mi porta a sospettare che il problema dello spam possa essere ancora attivo.
Sono dispiaciuto per gli inconvenienti e, sebbene i prodotti non siano di nostra produzione e non possiamo verificarli individualmente, ci affidiamo al controllo qualità dei nostri fornitori. I would like to remind you that the delay in our communication was caused by our emails being mistakenly directed to your spam folder, despite being sent promptly, always within 24 hours. For instance, this morning, I personally responded to your request sent at 12:54, by 13:11, but I have yet to receive a response from you, which leads me to suspect that the spam issue may still be active.
I apologize for the inconvenience and, although the products are not manufactured by us and we cannot check each one individually, we rely on the quality control of our suppliers. This does not compromise our willingness to provide the necessary assistance in case of defects, provided it is accompanied by photographic feedback.

J’ai trouvé le Parker SoloEdge trop agressif pour ma peau. De manière générale, la lame vibre beaucoup dans les rasoirs qui utilisent des demi-lames, même si cette dernière est mieux tenue dans le Parker SoloEdge que dans les rasoirs concurrents.
