Membership of the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club confers a number of benefits as described below.

    • 15% discount on orders of €50 or more
    • 10% discount on all orders up to €50

The benefits obtained through Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club depend on the availability of the product, the time within which the order is placed and the delivery address. Products that have already been discounted will not be subject to further promotions linked to the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club.

Costs and Conditions of Service

Registration costs

You can join the club by visiting the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club page. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel your membership at any time. Access to the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club is subject to a one-off annual fee of €39.95 (12 months).

If you join Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club you will be charged directly by Rasoigoodfellas.eu. Subject to you giving us notice prior to renewing your membership that you do not wish to renew your membership of Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club and subject to you cancelling your Gold Club membership via your rasoigoodfellas.com account, you authorise us to automatically charge the current Gold Club recurring membership fee via your preferred payment method in our systems.

In the event that we are unable to charge your Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club membership fees because your payment method is invalid during your membership or the charge is denied for any other reason beyond our control, you authorise us to use any payment method in our systems in your rasoigoodfellas.com account. In the event that we are unable to charge membership fees to the payment methods in our systems, you must provide a valid payment method within 7 days or your membership will be automatically cancelled.

If you subscribe to Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club, you can cancel your membership at any time from My Account by changing your membership settings. You can also contact customer service.

There are no refunds for early termination of the service or cancellation of the service before the expiry of the 12 months.

Prohibition of assignment or transfer of Gold Club membership.

Membership of the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club and the benefits conferred by such membership may not be transferred or assigned to third parties, unless this is expressly permitted in these General Terms and Conditions or in the conditions of the programmes that apply.

Prohibition of reselling, renting or sending products to customers.

Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club members may not purchase products for resale or rental purposes or send products to their customers or prospective customers using gold club benefits.

We may cancel your Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club membership at our discretion with 14 days’ notice, in which case you will receive a pro-rata refund of the membership fee based on the time remaining to your membership period.

We may cancel your Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club membership immediately by giving you notice if we believe that (a) your use of the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club Service constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or (b) you are misusing or fraudulently using your Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club membership. In such event no refund will be payable. You will be informed that your Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club membership has been cancelled and of your right to appeal.

Please note that Gold Club discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
You can cancel your membership of the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club at any time in accordance with the section on “COSTS”.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions or to the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club Service, or any part of it, at any time for reasons of law or regulation, for security reasons, to improve existing features or to add additional features, to follow technological progress, to implement reasonable technical adjustments and to ensure the continuity of the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club Service.

If we need to make changes, we will notify you in due form and in due time and remind you of your rights. You may reject any such changes and you will retain the right to cancel your membership of Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club at any time.

Regardless of any changes to these Terms and Conditions or to the Rasoigoodfellas Gold Club Service, any increase in the cost of your membership will not, however, apply until your membership is renewed.

If any amendment is declared invalid or for any reason ineffective, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

We shall not be liable in the event of non-performance or delay in the performance of any of our obligations under these General Terms and Conditions if the non-performance or delay is caused by force majeure.
