With over 95% of natural origin products, the Osma traditional shaving soap is based on vegetable oils (Coconut and Sunflower oil) and enriched with Shea butter to nourish the skin and facilitate the razor’s glide over the skin. A few circular brush movements directly in the bowl in which this soap is provided will whip up a rich and compact foam, capable of offering one of the best possible shaving experiences.
This Osma shaving soap is not what you would expect from any soap. Excellent fragrance, excellent foam, excellent product, and excellent bowl. Osma has not overlooked any detail regarding this soap. The overall weight of the product is 500 grams with 130 grams of soap and a whopping 370 grams of glass bowl.

The cardboard package contains the glass jar in which the soap refill is inserted, wrapped in a thin plastic wrapper sealed with a label indicating a PAO of 12 months. Once freed from the wrapper, the soap fits perfectly into the jar, thanks to two raised areas on the bottom. Although there is a small space between the soap and the jar, everything is perfectly solid with no movement during the loading phase.
The 130 g refill has generous dimensions (75 mm x 33 mm) and consequently, the glass jar is very heavy, weighing about 550 g when fully loaded (including the 40 g lid). This requires a lot of care during use, especially with wet hands.
The soap is hard, although not quite like the English triple milled but it comes very close. The color is ivory white and the fragrance is complex but decidedly pleasant: herbaceous and floral with slightly spicy base notes, a mix suitable for all seasons. Consider that the fragrance is the same for all OSMA Tradition line products, in full respect of “olfactory continuity”.
It is particularly rich (over 95%) in substances of natural origin, including Coconut, Sunflower and Shea oils, Shea Butter, Rosemary Extract, Glycerin which determine its main characteristics: high skin protection and excellent razor glide. The product is made in France and comes in a 130g format.

Veramente un ottimo prodotto. Profumazione particolare con sentori erbacei che si sprigiona non appena viene montata ( mi ricorda molto i profumi che ho sentito in Francia). Schiuma corposa e compatta, bastano veramente pochi giri di pennello per avere un buon quantitativo di prodotto. A fine rasatura lascia una pelle morbida e profumata. La consiglio anche alle persone che, come me, hanno una pelle molto sensibile proprio per le proprietà che possiede ( essendo piena di oli vegetali) . Confezione stupenda. Mi trovo d’accordo su ogni aspetto con la recensione che è proposta sul sito.
