Union is a sharp, cooling, and pungent take on a classic American style barbershop fragrance. It’s a step back into the 1950s where the hard work of a craftsman was not only common, but appreciated.
Scent notes: Union is comprised of a complex blend of fresh Lemon, soft Sandalwood, Oakmoss, Amber Musk, Bay, and a subtle touch of Nutmeg.
Moon added Grape Seed Oil to the recipe for increased slickness and post shave feel, as well as Menthol for a refreshing clean finish. The cooling sensation is moderate, the slickness is exceptional. Moon drew our packaging inspiration from vintage coffee cans, beer bottles, and oil cans from the 50s and 60s.

I love Moon Soaps, and like any of their soaps this one does not fall any short. A wonderful barbershop scent, dominated by citrus, followed by sandalwood and musk as you lather. The lather it produces is very slick, and it can protect you even with the most aggressive razor. It has a hint of fizz by its menthol, nothing explosive, but it is there, and all makes it a perfect summer soap. The post shave feel is great too. One can finish the shave just with it, but its aftershave lotion is highly recommended.

This is my favourite shaving soap by moon and maybe my favourite in general. It has a beautiful “shaving shop” type scent. The performance is outstanding. There is some menthol in it and it is noticable, but not overwhelming. The slickness is incredible.
