Hi-Brush (Badger effect), Black Hi-Brush (Black badger effect) and S-Brush (Hog bristle effect) synthetic fibers are made of PBT, a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polyester. The filaments are corrugated as to improve the performance of the brush in terms of holding and releasing the lather during the shave. They are chemically tapered to give a soft touch on the skin. Synthetic fibers are really much more performing than hog bristle and badger hair. They better withstand their daily duty and are much more hygienic and easier to clean.
Last but not least, Omega synthetic fibers respect the animals!
SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
Before using the shaving brush, let it soak in warm water to soften the bristles.
After shaving, rinse it carefully eliminating the soap residues, to prevent the formation of limescale.

Pennello economico, ma svolge la sua funzione in modo egregio. Lo uso con una ciotola omega, ugualmente economica, e riesco a montare la crema con facilità. Asciuga in fretta e non perde peli. Consigliato

Pennello sintetico dall’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per chi vuol approcciare questa tipologia. Non è un plissoft ma svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro. Il manico in legno fa la sua figura, perfetto per un regalo.

3 stelle per il ciuffo, 4 per il prezzo e manico. Pennello sintetico che monta schiuma molto facilmente, fibre pressochè indistruttibili, però, alla fine, lo utilizzo solo come pennello da viaggio (si asciuga velocmente), perchè il ciuffo è rimane molto compatto e difficile da aprire. E’ un pennello molto buono per prendere un’ idea di cosa sono i sintetici, il prezzo è buono, il manico è in legno e non il solito plasticoso. Però, come fibra sintetica, ormai è molto indietro a fibre di nuova generazione come i nodi Plissoft o Muhle Silvertip.
