RETURN POLICY, ORDER CANCELLATION AND LEGAL GUARANTEES
Rasoigoodfellas’s return policy allows you to reconsider your purchase and to return the purchased item, up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery (rather than the 14 days established by law), unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by the applicable legislation. You can check the cases in which withdrawal is excluded in the following chapter “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL“.
Rasoigoodfellas’s return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ARTICLES
If you have received a damaged or defective item, you can return it within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery using the returns area on the Myaccount page of rasoigoodfellas:
Shipping costs are borne by us. The courier will collect the parcel directly from your home or office.
Just follow the instructions on the ORDER page in your personal “My Account” area (login required).
By filling in the form, a return request will be generated at rasoigoodfellas. One of our operators will contact you and the courier who will pick up the package on the next available day (holidays excluded). You will receive confirmation by email.
REFUND
Only the refund of the goods is provided for. There is no replacement.
The refund will be made via the payment method used for payment, with the exception of payment by bank transfer and cash on delivery, which will be refunded on the Account Fund in your personal area (https://www.rasoigoodfellas.eu/my-account/woo-wallet/).
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
REFUND CONDITIONS FOR DEFECTIVE ARTICLES
1) Processing marks, smudges and/or aesthetic imperfections of less than 1 millimetre and which do not impair the use of the product, Do not entitle the consumer to terminate the purchase contract.
2) Packaging of products that have been slightly bumped during transport (which has not in any way compromised the product contained and does not impair its use) Do not entitle the consumer to terminate the purchase contract.
3) Cosmetic products of artisanal production, may vary in consistency and/or appearance according to external temperatures and/or batch number without in any way altering the intrinsic qualities of the product. Product characteristics do not entitle the consumer to terminate the purchase contract.
4) Returns must be returned intact, in the original packaging including instructions and accessories (if any).
Before opening a return report, we suggest you read the FAQ page where the answers to the most frequently asked questions in reference to the products you have purchased or intend to purchase are always available.
Rasoigoodfellas will check all damaged or defective items returned.
If no defect or damage is found, you will be deducted from your refund total the courier collection costs.
PLEASE NOTE
During the summer period due to the high temperatures, shaving soaps can soften by undergoing significant material shifts within the jar during transport (especially if laid on their side).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
Rasoigoodfellas is particularly attentive to the needs and expectations of its customers. Should you have second thoughts about your purchase, you may still decide to return the item to us, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of delivery.
In addition to your statutory rights, items purchased on Rasoigoodfellas can be returned within 30 days of delivery, except for the products listed below for which the right of withdrawal is excluded by law:
Sealed cosmetic products, from which the seal has been removed, cannot be returned.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the indicated time limit by following the instructions that you will find on the ORDER page within your personal “My Account” area (login required).
The right of withdrawal may be exercised on Rasoigoodfellas, provided that:
1) The products are returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging including instructions and accessories (if any).
2) Returned articles must not show any damage or signs of wear and tear or use, resulting from handling not necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the articles.
Only the refund of the goods is envisaged. Replacement is not envisaged.

In the event of withdrawal, all costs relating to the shipment of the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ARTICLES
If you have received a wrong or missing item, you must notify us within 2 ( 48h ) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To notify our staff of an incorrect or missing item, simply follow the instructions you will find on the ORDERS page in your personal “My Account” area (login required).
We will carry out the appropriate checks through our CCTV system to determine the nature of the incident and proceed to contact the customer and issue a refund within 14 days of notification of missing goods.
Refund
A refund of the goods only. There is no replacement.

MISSING PRODUCT GUIDELINES
Rasoigoodfellas uses advanced picking and packing systems for the goods ordered by its customers.
Over time, we have noticed that the majority of missing product reports concern particularly small items.
These items can get stuck at the bottom of the shipping carton or between the packing paper during transport.
Before opening a support request, we kindly ask you to check the packaging thoroughly.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS IN PROGRESS
All orders received by 12 noon CET will be shipped on the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Same-day shipping may be delayed (exceptionally) during promotions or special events (such as Black Friday).
If you wish to cancel an order in progress, you can do so from this page https://www.rasoigoodfellas.eu/customer-service/.
Cancellation of orders can be requested
– By 12 noon (midday CET) on the day you place the order.
– By 12 noon (midday CET) on the next (working) day in the case of orders placed on rasoigoodfellas after 12 noon (midday CET)
If your order cancellation request is placed out of time, it will not be possible to cancel the order because it has already been shipped. Once received, you can return the parcel using the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. (mode described at the top of this page)

ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE SHOWROOM
For items purchased in the Rasoigoodfellas showroom, the same provisions apply as for online purchases, but by presenting the purchased item in the shop.
GENERAL WARRANTY
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) all products on sale on Rasoigoodfellas are covered by a 24-month legal warranty.
The warranty operates only on condition that the purchaser notifies the seller of the presence of the defect, i.e. that the existence of the manufacturing defect is communicated within 60 days of purchase by means of written communication (by opening a ticket here). This guarantee drops to 12 months for buyers (entrepreneurs or professional) with VAT.
For purchasers (entrepreneurs or professionals) with VAT identification number, the guarantee operates on condition that the purchaser notifies the seller of the existence of the defect, i.e. that the existence of the production defect is notified within 8 days.
If a defect or malfunction arises within the warranty period, Rasoigoodfellas is obliged to repair the item or replace it with an identical one. You can request a replacement for a faulty product sold by Rasoigoodfellas within 30 days from the date of delivery of the item.
Rasoigoodfellas is fully responsible for shipping costs.
After 30 days you may receive warranty assistance by contacting our Customer Service.
Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that conformity defects become apparent within 6 months of delivery of the goods and that these defects already existed on that date. In this case, the consumer is entitled to have the conformity of the goods restored by repair, replacement, or full or partial reimbursement (Art. 130 of the Consumer Code). The return shipment for manifest non-conformity, after 30 days, will be at the consumer’s expense.
Beyond 6 months from the delivery of the good.
Once the Rasoigoodfellas team has verified and ascertained the nature of the defect and established the nature of the problem, if repair proves to be uneconomical and replacement impossible (e.g. out of production), the purchaser may opt either for termination of the contract (- refund of the money spent – and consequent return of the defective product) or for a reduction in the price in proportion to the remaining value of the good (- partial refund – and no return of the product). The cost of sending the defective product to Rasoigoodfellas shall be borne by the consumer.
The refund will be made via direct credit to your Rasoigoodfellas account. This will take a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the damaged product. The products will be inspected for damage and defects and if no manufacturing defects are found, you will receive an email informing you of the amount deducted from the refund.
